Dr. V provides skin care treatments primarily on a membership basis. Through a monthly membership fee, you gain access to three 15-minute sessions with Dr. V per month, including a 30-minute initial consultation. During your sessions, Dr. V will discuss your health history, concerns, and goals, and work to build a treatment plan that meets your needs. If any testing, imaging, or labs are needed, Dr. V can make an order for those services either through a clinic of your choice or one of our national healthcare partners, depending on the service. Prescriptions are available through our mail-delivery pharmacy, with refill reminders sent via email.
Most of us go through periods of our lives with acne, and not all of us will need care from a dermatologist to address that issue. In general, you should consider seeing a dermatologist for acne treatment if over-the-counter options and cleansers have been ineffective, if your acne is severe or painful, or if your acne is affecting your mental health.
Everyone’s health needs are different, and Dr. V will carefully review your history and condition to determine the right path for you. That said, in general, you may want to start using anti-aging creams if you want to combat the first signs of aging, such as fine lines and dullness. These effects often develop when we are in our 20s.
